Common questions
How do I count my windows?
Count each window and glass door you want cleaned. A window with two sliding panels, or an upper and lower half, counts as one. Skylights and very large picture windows are worth mentioning in the notes.
Is the price on the site final?
It's an estimate based on what you tell us. We confirm your price before any work starts, and if the window count turns out different on the day, we tell you the new price first so there are no surprises.
Do I need to be home?
For inside cleaning, yes: someone over 18 should be home to let us in. For outside-only cleaning you don't need to be there, as long as gates are unlocked and pets are inside.
Do you clean screens?
Yes. Just mention it in the notes when you book, and we'll brush and wash them, then put them back in place. We'll include it in the price we confirm with you.
Do you clean storefronts?
Yes. Choose "A storefront or business" in the quote form and we'll set up a free visit to see your glass and agree on a regular schedule.
Do you clean two-story and taller homes?
Yes. Choose your number of stories in the quote form and your price reflects it. Very large homes, with more than 60 windows, get a free on-site estimate instead.
